Bare metal.
Not a wavy
fender.
Frames, chassis, subframes, panels and wheels. Wet blasting strips rust and paint while cooling the steel, so thin sheet comes back flat instead of oil-canned.

Heat is what ruins panels
Dry blasting a quarter panel builds friction heat fast, and thin steel moves. Once it has oil-canned you are into bodywork you did not budget for.
Water in the stream carries the heat away as the media cuts. Rust, paint, filler and old primer come off; the panel stays the shape it was. It is the difference between a restoration and a repair bill.
What comes through the shop
- Frames and chassis — full length, including inside the rails where rust hides.
- Subframes, cradles, control arms and suspension components.
- Body panels, doors, hoods, fenders and complete shells.
- Wheels — stripped ready for powder coat or refinishing.
- Bumpers, brackets, and every small part in the box you have been avoiding.
Straight to coating
Bare steel starts flash-rusting almost immediately in our humidity swings. We carry rust inhibitor in the water and we will time the job around your painter so the metal is not sitting exposed for a week waiting on a booth.
