Prep is not cleaning
Inadequate surface preparation is the leading cause of coating failure. Not bad paint — bad prep. Residual corrosion, no surface profile, or a coating only partly removed, and the new system lets go inside a season.
Getting it right means matching the media and the pressure to the substrate, the existing coating, and the standard the next trade actually needs. A bin lid and a pressure vessel are not the same job even though both are steel.
Equipment and capability
- Hybrid wet and dry — switchable on site in minutes as conditions and substrate change.
- Silica-free recycled crushed glass, so there is no crystalline silica exposure for your people or ours.
- Rust inhibitor carried in the water to stop flash rust between blast and coat.
- Containment and cleanup — spent media collected, contained and removed.
